1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bd12 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the Account Holder") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the bd12 website at bd12.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-browser interfaces.

bd12 operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform specifically designed for players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English, and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is expressly specified. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the bd12 platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms and to any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual game and promotion rules.

bd12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the bd12 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your bd12 Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds, free bets, or free spins credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied to all bd12 accounts prior to the activation of withdrawal functionality.
• "Platform" means the bd12 website, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, betting markets, and features accessible via bd12.io.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under local law.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money or bonus funds held in your bd12 Account.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real-money funds from your bd12 Account Balance to your nominated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT TRC-20, or approved bank account).

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active bd12 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bd12 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our KYC findings.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from within, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of bd12 or any of its affiliated game suppliers or payment partners.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed via the bd12 Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by bd12 at its discretion.

bd12 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of your account.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single registered account on the bd12 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or mobile number). You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. bd12 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. bd12 will treat all activity conducted via your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to bd12 support prior to such activity occurring.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd12 support immediately via live chat. bd12 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

bd12 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all account holders. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed, and may be requested at any time at bd12's discretion.

5.1 Documents Required

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Bangladeshi driving licence (front and back)
• Birth registration certificate (for supplementary age verification where other documents are unavailable)

For address verification, bd12 may additionally request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address.

5.2 Verification Timeline

bd12 aims to complete standard KYC review within 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where bd12 is unable to verify your identity to its satisfaction, or where documents provided are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent, bd12 reserves the right to permanently close the account. In such cases, any pending withdrawals will be subject to investigation, and bd12 may be obliged to report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd12 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. bd12 does not accept payments from third-party accounts; all transactions must originate from an account held in your own name.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily/weekly deposit caps are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of each transaction. bd12 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is typically under 30 minutes during peak operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed to the TRC-20 network and are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

bd12 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and to delay or withhold payments pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.

6.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless you are using the USDT payment method, in which case conversion to and from BDT will be applied at the prevailing rate displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. bd12 does not charge a currency conversion fee, but exchange rates are set by bd12 and may differ from interbank rates.

6.5 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bd12 will notify you via the contact details registered on your account before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains inactive, bd12 may close the account permanently.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets offered on bd12 are governed by the specific market rules published within the relevant betting interface. In the event of a conflict between market-specific rules and these Terms, the market-specific rules take precedence for that particular event or market.

7.1 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void at bd12's discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, manifest error in odds or market pricing, evidence of match-fixing or corruption, technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the bet, or where a wager was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the bd12 platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Habanero, and BGaming. Each game's rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and minimum/maximum bet limits are accessible within the individual game interface. bd12 makes no guarantee of winnings on any casino game.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all affected wagers may be declared void. bd12 will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from platform downtime, game interruption, or connectivity issues on the player's side.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

bd12 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and free spins to qualifying players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Credit must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in each promotion's terms.
• bd12 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to cancel a bonus already credited where evidence of abuse, fraud, or Terms violation is identified.
• Bonus Credit does not carry monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly.
• Where a player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Credit, real-money funds will be used for wagers first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd12 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
4. Using software, scripts, bots, AI agents, or any automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are forfeited.
6. Colluding with other players or with any bd12 employee for financial gain.
7. Placing wagers with funds derived from criminal activity.
8. Accessing the bd12 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other geo-spoofing technology.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing bd12 staff or other players via any communication channel.
10. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk.

bd12 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, bd12 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit all balances, and report the conduct to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

bd12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of problem gambling behaviour or at the request of the account holder under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity as described in Section 6.5.

Where an account is closed by bd12 for reasons other than Terms violation or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Credit balances are not returned in any circumstance of account closure.

11. Responsible Gaming

bd12 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible at any time via the account settings area or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bd12 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bd12 platform without bd12's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of bd12's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd12 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, game interruption, or inability to access the platform.

bd12's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bd12 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd12 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bd12 does not warrant that game outcomes will meet your expectations or that you will achieve any particular financial result from use of the platform.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

bd12 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
• bd12 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, game suppliers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls limiting internal exposure to authorised personnel only.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bd12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via the email address or mobile number registered on your account where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the bd12 platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately close your account by contacting bd12 support, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 10.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bd12 operates. Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration under rules and at a venue to be determined by bd12, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
